The treatment catalog lists our medication options and plans. Availability depends on the treatment, your state and an individual clinical review. A prescription is never guaranteed.
Choose a treatment and plan, then follow its link to the intake and checkout. A licensed provider reviews your information before deciding whether to prescribe. Use the patient portal for your order and care updates.
Intake and care communication take place online. Depending on your state and treatment, a live video visit may be required. Your care team will explain any additional visit or lab requirements.
A licensed medical provider reviews your intake information and decides whether the requested treatment is appropriate. Support can help with account and order questions, but cannot diagnose or change a prescription.
Visit requirements depend on your state, the treatment and your provider’s assessment. Some states require a live video visit. Ask your clinical team to confirm the requirements for your care.

Shipping time varies by pharmacy. When your order ships, its status and tracking appear in the patient portal. We cannot give a delivery date beyond what your tracking shows.

Contact Support in your patient portal and share what happened. Photos of the package and medication can help the team review a claim. Replacements are reviewed case by case; a delivery scan alone does not tell us the full situation.
Checkout places a temporary hold on your card for prescription medication. The charge is captured after your provider approves the prescription. If you are not eligible, you are not charged and your bank releases the hold, usually within 3 to 5 business days. Contact support if you need a specific transaction reviewed.
Review the total and billing cadence before checkout. A 3-month subscription is billed every 3 months for a 3-month supply. Your subscription details and next charge date are in the portal. If a renewal payment fails, update your card under Payment Methods and contact Support; payment is not retried automatically.
