Pause, cancel or change a refill date.
Open Orders & Subscriptions in your patient portal and select your subscription. If you would like our team to help, send a message in Support or Billing.
For an order already in progress, ask Support to confirm which changes are still possible. Do not assume that changing a future refill also changes an order already being processed.
Ask us to review a charge or refund request.
Tell us what happened in the Support or Billing chat. Our team reviews requests as soon as possible during our business hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Central.
Refund eligibility is reviewed case by case. A team member will confirm what applies to your order, including any amount to be refunded. Cancelling a subscription does not itself confirm a refund.
If you cannot access the portal, email hello@successrx.com for help.
A card hold is different from a completed charge.
Prescription medication checkout places a temporary hold on your card. The charge is captured after your provider approves the prescription. If you are not eligible, you are not charged and your bank releases the hold, usually within 3 to 5 business days.
If you are unsure what you are seeing on your statement, contact Support so the team can review the transaction.
Check your next charge before a renewal.
Your subscription details and next charge date are shown in the portal. A 3-month subscription is billed every 3 months for a 3-month supply.
