Epitalon

Injection · coming soon

Epitalon is a 4-amino-acid peptide modeled on an extract of the pineal gland, the part of your brain that makes melatonin. Researchers study it for sleep rhythm, healthy aging and the telomeres that shorten as you age. Now it’s coming to SuccessRx: prescribed by a licensed provider and made by a state-licensed U.S. pharmacy.

How Epitalon works
  • Epitalon was built from the amino-acid makeup of epithalamin, a pineal-gland extract. Studies describe it restoring the gland’s night-time melatonin in aging animals and in people whose output has dropped. In human cells, it switches on telomerase, the enzyme that rebuilds telomeres.
How to take it
  • Prescribed as an injection under the skin or into the muscle, given in courses with breaks between them
  • Your provider sets the dose and schedule
Sleep rhythm and melatonin

In small placebo-controlled studies of older adults and night-shift workers with low melatonin, Epitalon raised night-time melatonin and brought clock genes back toward normal.

Questions before you start

Straight answers from the SuccessRx care team.

Why short courses instead of every day?

That’s how Epitalon has been studied: short courses with breaks in between. Your provider sets how long each course runs and how often you repeat it.

Do I need a video visit?

Not in most states. Twelve states and Washington, D.C. require a short video visit by law, and the intake tells you if yours is one of them. Everywhere else, it’s online questions only.

How does it get to me?

Once your provider prescribes, a state-licensed U.S. pharmacy prepares your order and ships it with tracking. You can follow every step in your patient portal.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Pause, cancel or move your next refill date yourself in your patient portal, under Orders & Subscriptions. No phone call needed.

Who prescribes it?

A provider licensed in your state reviews your answers and decides whether Epitalon fits you. If it doesn’t, they’ll tell you why.

How do I reach someone?

Message the care team in your patient portal any time, or email hello@successrx.com. Medication questions go to the Clinical chat in your portal.
