TB-500

Injection · coming soon

TB-500 is a 7-amino-acid copy of the stretch of thymosin beta-4 that helps cells move and rebuild. Thymosin beta-4 is a protein your body already makes, and researchers study it for tendon, ligament and wound repair. Now it’s coming to SuccessRx: prescribed by a licensed provider and made by a state-licensed U.S. pharmacy.

How TB-500 works
  • Thymosin beta-4 is the main protein your cells use to hold actin, the scaffolding they need to move and rebuild. Its actin-binding stretch is the part linked to cell movement, new blood vessels and wound repair. TB-500 is a synthetic copy of that stretch.
How to take it
  • Prescribed as an injection under the skin or into the muscle
  • Your provider sets the dose and schedule
Tendons and ligaments

In a 2026 rat study, tendons repaired with TB-500 came out significantly stronger than controls. Thymosin beta-4 gave cut knee ligaments stronger, better-organized tissue.

Questions before you start

Straight answers from the SuccessRx care team.

How is TB-500 different from BPC-157?

BPC-157 comes from a stomach protein and is also studied for the gut. TB-500 comes from thymosin beta-4, the protein your cells use to move and rebuild. Many people pair them. Each is its own product, so your provider can prescribe both if they fit you.

How do I take TB-500?

As an injection under the skin or into the muscle. Your provider sets your dose and schedule.

Do I need a video visit?

Not in most states. Twelve states and Washington, D.C. require a short video visit by law, and the intake tells you if yours is one of them. Everywhere else, it’s online questions only.

How does it get to me?

Once your provider prescribes, a state-licensed U.S. pharmacy prepares your order and ships it with tracking. You can follow every step in your patient portal.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Pause, cancel or move your next refill date yourself in your patient portal, under Orders & Subscriptions. No phone call needed.

Who prescribes it?

A provider licensed in your state reviews your answers and decides whether TB-500 fits you. If it doesn’t, they’ll tell you why.

How do I reach someone?
