KPV

Topical or oral · coming soon

KPV is the last three amino acids of alpha-MSH, a hormone your body makes that helps regulate inflammation. It keeps the hormone’s anti-inflammatory action without its tanning effect, and you take it by mouth or on your skin. No needles. Now it’s coming to SuccessRx: prescribed by a licensed provider and made by a state-licensed U.S. pharmacy.

How KPV works
  • Your gut lining has a transporter, PepT1, that’s scarce in healthy tissue and plentiful when it’s inflamed. It pulls KPV into the cells lining your gut and into immune cells, where KPV turns down NF-κB and MAP kinase, the signals that drive inflammation.
How to take it
  • Prescribed as a topical or a form you swallow
  • Your provider sets the dose and schedule
Gut inflammation

KPV’s deepest research. In several mouse colitis studies, KPV by mouth reduced inflammation, and an inflamed gut lining pulls in more of it than a healthy one.

A licensed provider reviews every request.

A provider licensed in your state reads your health answers, decides whether KPV fits you and sets your dose. Questions later go straight to the Clinical chat in your portal.

Three steps to your door.

  1. Answer health questions

Online, in 3–5 minutes, on your own time.

  2. A provider reviews them

A licensed U.S. provider decides if KPV fits and sets your dose.

  3. It ships to you

A state-licensed U.S. pharmacy prepares it and ships it with tracking.

Questions before you start

Straight answers from the SuccessRx care team.

By mouth or on the skin?

By mouth for your gut, on your skin for skin. Your provider picks the form that fits what you’re treating.

Can I take KPV with BPC-157?

It’s a common pairing for the gut. Each is made as its own product, so your provider can prescribe both if they fit you.

Do I need a video visit?

Not in most states. Twelve states and Washington, D.C. require a short video visit by law, and the intake tells you if yours is one of them. Everywhere else, it’s online questions only.

How does it get to me?

Once your provider prescribes, a state-licensed U.S. pharmacy prepares your order and ships it with tracking. You can follow every step in your patient portal.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Pause, cancel or move your next refill date yourself in your patient portal, under Orders & Subscriptions. No phone call needed.

Who prescribes it?

A provider licensed in your state reviews your answers and decides whether KPV fits you. If it doesn’t, they’ll tell you why.

How do I reach someone?

Message the care team in your patient portal any time, or email hello@successrx.com. Medication questions go to the Clinical chat in your portal.
