How Semax works
  • Semax is a short piece of ACTH, a hormone your body makes, with a 3-amino-acid tail that slows its breakdown. It has none of ACTH’s cortisol effects. In animal studies, it reaches the brain from the nose and raises BDNF, a protein that helps brain cells grow, connect and recover.
